Sheer Khurma
Ingredients:
1- Fresh milk two litters.2- Green cardamom (Crushed) one tablespoon.
3- Sevaiya one cup.
4- Almond (Chopped by taste).
5- Pistachio (Chopped by taste).
6- Raisins (by taste).
7- Dry dates six (chopped).
8- Cloves one piece.
9- Nutmeg (Jaiphal, Pinch).
10- Sugar half cup.
11- Ghee half cup.
12- Safaron half teaspoon.
Preparations:
1- Heat milk in a pan.2- In another pan heat ghee add sevaiya and fry.
3- When fries add milk and dates.
4- Add sugar, cardamom and clove.
5- In lost add dry fruits, safaron and mitmeg stir once and serve hot and cool.

Zarda
INGREDIENT =►
- Rice Saila, Soaked for 1-2 Hours 3cups
- Sugar 2 ½ cups
- Milk- 1 cups
- Clove - 4
- Pistachios, finely Chapped - 10
- Almonds, finely Chapped -10
- Cardamoms 6-9
- Yellow food Colour ½ (table spoon)
- Coloured Ashrafies
- Ghee -1cup
- Khuya-50g & Small sized gulab jamun -60g
- Water
1- Bring water to boil in a large pan, add drained rice, 3cloves.
2- When rice is almost done, strain it and leave for few minutes.
3- Turn the rice out in a large open bowl.
4- Mix in the food colour, milk, nuts, sugar and asherafies.
5- Heat oil in a large pan, add cardamom, cloves and rice.
6- Stir with a wooden spoon, cool on high for five minutes.
7- Then put the pan on a tawa and put on heat.
8- Lower heat after a few minutes, leave till rice is done.
9- Serve hot &cold

Chana Chaat
Ingredients:
1- Chick peas(White grams) Half kg (Boiled).
2- Potatoes two (Chopped).
3- Onion two (Chopped)
4- Tomatoes two (Chopped).
5- Lemon juice two tablespoons.
6- Mint leaves two tablespoons (Chopped).
7- Salt one teaspoon.
8- Chaat masala (by taste).
9- Dahni pulkiyam half cup.(Soaked in water).
10- Green chilles four (Chopped).
11- Curd half kg.
12- Turmarind plup half cup.
Preparations:
1- Take a big bowel add grams, onions, lemon juice, mint leaves, chaat masala
, curd and green chillies mix them all.
2- Cut potatoes in small pieces.
3- Then add into bowel.
4- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, dahi pukiyam and turmarind pulp mix them all together.
5- Spicy chana chaat is ready to serve.
