Sheer Khurma

Ingredients:  
1- Fresh milk two litters.
2- Green cardamom (Crushed) one tablespoon.
3- Sevaiya one cup.
4- Almond (Chopped by taste).
5- Pistachio (Chopped by taste).
6- Raisins (by taste).
7- Dry dates six (chopped).
8- Cloves one piece.
9- Nutmeg (Jaiphal, Pinch).
10- Sugar half cup.
11- Ghee half cup.
12- Safaron half teaspoon.
Preparations:
1- Heat milk in a pan.
2- In another pan heat ghee add sevaiya and fry.
3- When fries add milk and dates.
4- Add sugar, cardamom and clove.
5- In lost add dry fruits, safaron and mitmeg stir once and serve hot and cool.
